Phoebe’s work is research-led and audience-first, blending legal analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and strong storytelling to deliver outcomes that are both compliant and human-oriented. Phoebe is equipped with a BA in Philosophy and English, and a MA in Law with Distinction, a combination which has sharpened her critical thinking, legal research skills, and compelling communication.
Phoebe lives in Northamptonshire. A passionate football fan, who enjoys the challenge of training for a half-marathon. Her free time is split between reading and seeing live music.
