MONIKA MUNZINGER
ESG Strategy
Monika is an Associate at edenseven. She has over 25 years experience and started her sustainability career at the Building Research Establishment, where she led large-scale renewable energy research and grant programmes. She has been closely involved in the development of recognised standards and certification schemes. Her extensive experience in sustainability and ESG across both consultancy and research environments, enabled her to develop and embed bespoke ESG strategies for major organisations in the public and private sector.
Monika is passionate about translating complex ESG requirements into structured, practical systems that remain flexible enough to evolve over time. Supporting the digitalisation of ESG processes to streamline reporting is key to improve evidence collection, transparency and audit readiness.
Monika lives in sunny Hove and is married. Her garden and helping on a community allotment provide welcome relief from sitting at the desk. She also loves swimming in the sea or lido, and walking. Monika volunteers as a befriender at TogetherCo, a social health and loneliness charity that helps people connect and feel part of their community.
