Doug is a specialist in Carbon Reporting and Research, possessing extensive experience in projects related to supply chain emissions, regulatory compliance, sustainability performance improvement, and the development of renewable energy across various sectors. He holds a Master’s degree in Green Economy, which has provided him with a robust understanding of sustainability. Since completing his degree, Doug has assisted numerous businesses on their sustainability journeys by analysing both internal and external data trends and their impacts on future operations.
In the spring of 2025, Doug was accepted as a Practitioner with the Institute for Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) and was recognised as a Registered Environmental Practitioner (REnvP) by the Society for the Environment. These credentials showcase his expertise in sustainability and his concrete contributions towards achieving sustainable improvements for his clients.
Currently residing in Bournemouth, Doug is an enthusiastic runner and cyclist, with a background in competitive track cycling. In his free time, he also enjoys hiking, mountain biking and going to the gym.
